In June we bought 5 beautiful acres in Langley, WA from our friends Steve Ford and Ellen Nelson.

Then, Damon and Jim Pugh excavated the hole for the garage footing. After the concrete was poured Damon got a wonderful burst of help from Ryan, Bob, and Jim in getting the walls and roof up for the garage (July - September 2006).

Damon keeps plugging away on the garage.    

Albert excavated the hole for the house, and the footings went in.  Damon and I got the invisible fence in so that Ebey can start going to work with damon, which is working fabulously!

After the footings were finished the walls for the foundation went in, and Damon and I put together the exterior drainage system.

Bob and Damon worked hard to get the slab in. Now they are working to get the first floor framed because the panels are  set to come Oct 31st!
